I'm pretty sure the Carnotarus in Jurassic Park was mixed with Chameleon DNA so they could blend into their surroundings.

@EpicOrca And almost all dinosaurs in Jurassic Park were mutated. That includes Dilophosaurus, Tyrannosaurus, Spinosaurus. And Velociraptor (Which are just mutant deinonychus)
