A lot of people are having complaints about the places they are having in are becoming progressively laggy these days. Some conclude it is because of the newer updates.
A couple of users have come to the conclusion that adjusting their game settings to get rid of shadows, shades and other graphical objects seem to be helping them. I think its a bit too risky. What if you get rid of a setting on accident and the game begins to run the wrong way?

Place your serious debates here about which solution you'd prefer: changing the settings or dealing with the lag.

Change the settings, you can reset them to default if it goes wrong.

Ambient shadows lagged up my whole computer and froze internet, I had to get rid of them and adjust to the lowest value w/e.

The admins should fix the lag, for sure.

Changing the settings, of course.

This is why there's a ROBLOX forum. If you don't understand what a setting does then you can ask the forum or me, because some stuff are on automatic and that makes the game process more stuff at once, trying to verify when to switch stuff.

My tips are the following:
1. If you don't understand a setting, tell us about it on the forums.
2. Don't put settings to automatic. This is worse than setting them on High.
3. Only allow Shadows to Characters or none at all.
4. If enabled, disable Ambient Occlusion. This one triggers the ambient lightning.
5. The only settings you're most likely to change are the ones featured in Rendering. Don't touch anything else unless you know what you are changing!

Which is exactly what people are afraid of, especially non-forumers.

That's why it's in point five, you need to acknowledge others before.
