For ppl with low amounts of money.
For the hat u can go to the catalog, scroll down and look for: Items for sale, then make it tickets and do the lowest 10 and the highest 30 then go on to page 2 and u will see: 1880's chap which looks like a Union hat for 30 tix!
then go to ur profile page and color your arms and body navy blue then color yuor legs sky blue.Go to my profile page and look at how the uniform looks.
